WOW! Check out this spreadsheet (Read 289 times)

Found this link on the Runners World forums. This is some serious detail http://www.box.net/shared/ec0vyk6iah This will help you prepare for all the challenges to an even pace you will encounter. This wristband is a definite for me!

I wasn't able to open the link it your post, but... I've found the 2008 New York City Marathon threads on the Runners World forums have a ton of useful information - everything you need to know about ferries vs. buses, where the best cheering is, which are the hardest parts of the course, where to eat afterwards, how to get back to your hotel afterwards and everything you could possibly ever need to know about the various implications of wave starts!

      Awesome

This is the craziest spreadsheet I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be bothering to have a goal time for this particular race - I'm just in it for the party.
That is an incredibly useful spreadsheet. It not only has pacing information but how spectators can get around to multiple viewing locations. Thank you for the link.
