Biking Bad

Not sure what I've gotten myself into.  I'm too stubborn to quit training for this race marathon. And not healthy enough to race. So what.

I'd like to run it as more than a 'completer'. In a perfect world I'd have more time and experience before running an event race such as this. I'll do my best and soak up the experience. It won't be an Eddy Lee moment.

So here is the current plan. Run. Mostly slow. Often enough to build up as best I can. Sometimes long. Occasionally fast if capable. I'll try to make this a fun event.
