Today I ran. Juuust shy of 3 miles. Did I have any pain in my shin you ask? Umm, yea just a little. So I stopped. So far it seems to be okay though. Just gonna slowly work back into things and ride my bike a bunch. Put up almost 30 miles on it yesterday. Basically half of what the family Schansberg did on foot.

Here's to quick recoveries and fast Ragnars.

      Hope you feel better.

Thanks buddy. I feel a lot better. I ran 5 miles straight last night with no pain. Might be about 90% healed from my 'lower body injury'. Don't want the enemy Ragnar teams to discover the exact location of my injury should they try and use that to their advantage during the race.

gonna take the legs out today for a nice little trot. maybe near a body of water. maybe near some hills. possibly through some woods. pretty excited.

Wow Nevermind. legs not ready for any kind of a fun run. Turned into a slow 2 mile recovery run. Maybe I loosened some stuff up for tomorrow.
