Running on a treadmill tonight, so I'll make it .24 miles then give up because i'm bored. Also, starting a leg/core lifting plan tonight. I will be The-Fastest-Boy-Not-Named-Zimbric-Or-Orlof-Or-Brennan-Or-Samir.

two indoor track runs of 3 miles so far this week. Plan on doing two 5 mile runs outside, along with a 9 miler this weekend if the weather stays not terrible in Janesville.
