      I'm 99% sure that's Andy Ortman in the Wisconsin shirt in the photo for that article.

       

      I've always thought long runs were less important than consistent medium runs (6-8 miles).

      5K: 20:37 (5/115 overall)

      10K: 42:08 (32/1,048 overall)

      HM: 1:34:20 (69/1,659 overall)

      FM: 3:28:35

        hahahah it totally is! I remember seeing on facebook he ran the TC Marathon. And I remember the badger outfit.
