I am the global organiser of R4tW but I'm not really able to run 100k this month due to an injury - so I am planning to cycle 1,000km which I think is a bigger challenge!!!  Sorry to be such a WUSS (British word - definition - a weak or ineffectual person (often used as a general term of abuse). "we are just a group of shallow wusses" ).
