    Hi Guys Ive just started running this year i am trying to lose weight and have found running to be great exercise and challenging at the same time. Im very slow at present and have been working mainly on increasing distance and building strength i run 5kms twice a week and longer run on the weekend this weekend i ran 10 kms which i am very proud of I want to run a half marathon in October and need all the advice i can get

      Welcome, staypuff! You might want to make your log public so that these kind folks can see more clearly what you've been up to!
