    All teams must have two captains. Captains are responsible for ensuring all team members are aware of how the scoring works, how the weekly mileage goal and green pace bunny work and watching for team members who post zero weeks. Captains should let the admins know if runners need to be placed on or removed from IR and if runners are non-posting for multiple weeks without contact. Captains can ask admins to initiate a confidential removal vote if a runner is non-posting (zero mileage) for 3 non-consecutive weeks or to remove a runner who is non-posting (zero mileage) for three consecutive weeks after attempts have been made to contact the runner.

     

    *Captains should also assist/advise teammates about the mid-year goal change (explaining why going way over/under is a bad thing and how to fix it). Captains should notify the other co-captain and/or team if they have to go incommunicado for some reason, so the co-captain knows they're responsible for handling things for the duration.

     

    Captains are responsible for checking the 2021 forum for information and answering PMs from the Admins.
