      "How is running going, folks?"

      I have to admit to struggling to get out for my early morning runs, now that it's so dark.  I'll get a brief reprieve in a week, when we set the clocks back, but need to get back into the winter running mindset.  I'm sure it's even worse for you runners north of the US/Canada border, where the days get even shorter.

      5k 23:48.45 (3/22); 4M 31:26 (2/22); 5M 38:55 (11/23); 10k 49:24 (10/22);
      10M 1:29:33 (2/24); Half 1:48:32 (10/22); Marathon 4:29:58 (11/23)

      Upcoming races: Clinton Country Run 15k, 4/27; Spring Distance Classic 5k, 4/28

        Nah, I live in a smart place. We don't bother with that clock changing nonsense! LOL! We are on DST year round. That said I do not enjoy the days getting shorter. Sending my kids to school in the dark seems wrong, but it'll happen in December. It's more the getting cold that takes some adjusting.
