Ummm...yeah I lost.
I did run in Rothrock SF and hit some trails I haven't been on in years and some I have never been on. I got some good pictures but I am not posting ...at least not now. I did not run with anyone . I did not run consistently (not like I wanted). I did not try any new foods. And most of all I think I effed things up and that is not good....
But I really enjoyed the pictures from you all so there's that!
And we're on to October.
