LB2 - I've had a15 foot fall, I'd hate to have had a 30 footer. The closest I've come to cashing in the chips was being run over by a farm wagon. Left me blind for about 20 minutes and is probably the root cause of my lower back problems.
Interestingly enough, I had back pain before that fall. After the fall, it was gone. I guess I just needed a little adjustment.

Faster Than Your Couch!
Similar experience here: After a car accident (front-side crash), I had trouble with whiplash, and my neck never felt "right" for years.
Another car accident (side crash) then resolved the problem. I've never had neck problems since.
Still your fall sounds quite impressive.
