I'll check in with 115 so far in June.

With race miles it feels almost like cheating   Lol

     yes...or something like that...

You're not allowed in this or any of our competitions considering that you pull 90 mile weeks...

My favorite day of the week is RUNday

Someone get these ringers out of here!!  (I'm looking at you, Gator and LB, although it looks like LB isn't putting in his usual mileage lately.)

I do think it's fun that so many of us are running approximately the same amounts.

1/3 of the way through June today -- how are we doing?  I'm exactly on track with 50.5 miles.

      Running is dumb.

      Are we there, yet?

44.8 miles after today's hill repeats up Mt Joy. A little behind but I have a 12-hour race next weekend where I hope to make up some ground.

              03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles

              05/11 - D3 50K, 9:11:09

I'm hoping to push close to 200 this month and after today's 9 miles on the trails I'm at 64 for the month.  I seem to be right on track.

I'm at 66.8 but that is through today so slightly more than 1/3 of the month.  But all good for me.  Barring any set backs, I am on track.  I need about three solid months in a row.

George - that 12 hour ought to do it for you!

I just checked on the course again. It's a 3 mile loop up and down what's basically a ski slope with 1100' of gain and loss each loop. After checking last year's results and the weather forecast, 30 miles may be optimistic.

                That's some good climbing.

I'm up to 63 miles so far. That includes 45.5 miles for last week, which is probably about a two-year high.

                    Happy running to everyone!

Ok halfway mark.  Time to check in and be accountable!!

82 miles for me.  This is a good for me.  As long as I can stay consistent and healthy, I should well eclipse the 150 mark.

How is everyone else doing? If you're behind, what is your plan to catch up?

Currently sitting at 73.3 miles, but I still need to run after work, so that will move me closer to around 80 or so at the halfway mark.  My legs were beat last night and I was wondering if I need to cut back a little.  We'll see.

                        Running is dumb.

I'm at 66.1 with my weekly interval workout scheduled for tonight. A little 12-hour race on Saturday should put me well ahead of schedule. Now the recovery after may set me back a little.

73.1 miles..under half way and company coming for 3 days..  so yes a back up plan is essential.

                            1. It was doubling on Weds...morning with dogs and after work with group.
                            2. Start making your morning run a minimum of  6 miles.
                            3. If I can't get a long run in on the weekend at least do my local run from the house of 13 miles Monday after work.

OK...so far failed at this plan!

As of June 16th  I'm at 81.3 miles.  I'm very happy with that considering I'm working seven days a week and have a lot of life coming at me.
