Another sunny summer day today. I am enjoying every minute.

Heading out for an hour of running one of my favorite routes.

Qotd: do you use sunscreen when you run? Much of what I run is heavily wooded. I know I should anyway but I don't. It just feels filmy...like I am running in a slimy sweater..yuck. bug spray is bad enough...but use it anyway.
