Well, I managed to sneak out for a few hours with my dog in a local BLM Wilderness area. Nice red rock canyons, singletrack trails and tons of petroglyphs.

The trailhead is just under 30 minutes from my house, so I don't know why I haven't run out there before.

I am guessing that I ended up with maybe 9 or 10 miles?

QOTD: this weekend will be a mix of garden/yard work and kids' activities. Actually, my next few weekends are booked with kids' activities.

I think I might have the green light to sign up for a trail run in Moab in April, though.
