Running is dumb.
Here I am, with the nightly Thread Ender. I worked, went for a run and cooked a batch of Caprese Stuffed Chicken in a garlic basalmic vinegar reduction.
My run tonight was 4.9 miles. I am trying to work on speed...Queen is an inspiration, and to have a shot at completing a 50 miler with cutoffs I just have to make myself run faster. I would like to run a 100 miler before I age out of any chance to do it...if I haven't already. Running fast hurts, I noticed. And by fast...it is just really fast for me.

QOTD: My LRS is awesome. Great staff, very knowledgeable. They took a pair of shoes back I had worn for 3 months that fell apart and gave me full value toward another pair of shoes. Once they even took back a pair I bought at another store that hurt my legs after 2 runs (the store I bought them at would not) They credited me their value and I bought a different shoe. I don't go there much anymore, since I don't wear shoes anymore. I occasionally buy gear there, I like to support the business when I can.
