Did 10 miles this morning. Mid-40s around here so really nice conditions.  To catch up, I took a SRD on Monday and did 5 mi yesterday. I think I'm finally turning the corner are getting my legs underneath me - let's hope.

Gatsby: sounds and looks like a great trip and run in Kyoto.  Here's the route I have done variations of a few times and I guess you went along the same river (The Kamo / Takano Rivers).

We're having some friends over and we're pretty much all set. DW has everything under control and I'm standing by as her assistant.  Today's chore for me is to run the vacuum around the house.
