Lol on the water heater decorated for Christmas.   Possibly even more festive than my DH's coveralls!  (No, highly unlikely that I'll get a photo to share.)

As for me, nothing says Christmas like a little Raiders v. Broncos football.  With Christmas cookies.    Family Christmas is tomorrow.

          5.4 rainy miles this morning.

          Merry Christmas to anyone celebrating!

Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I'm in Wisconsin in a hotel next to my parents' assisted living facility. My brother and his family get in from Texas today and we'll have a vegan Christmas dinner at my sister's house tonight (no meat allowed in her house).

Spent a couple hours yesterday walking on the beach and around the quarry lake at Harrington Beach State Park (photos below from Google, not mine). Almost every day in the summer 40+ years ago I rode my bike, walked two miles down the Lake Michigan beach, or rowed my boat down there. Often I'd have the whole place to myself. It was really nice to show my kids around yesterday.

Merry Christmas all.  Spent a nice day with DD, DGD, SIL yesterday.  Nothing planned for today except a few miles.  Thankful back still doesn't hurt.

Love the new hot water heater...it's a gift that keeps giving.

Sandy: If he water is "hot" why does it need heating!?! Hahaha. Merry Christmas!!!

I ran a nice little loop this morning. Looks like the bucks have been busy chasing does around on my trails during the night.

Merry Christmas all. enjoy the pics! 9.something sweet trail miles in perfect weather in the woods (40's and cloudy). fell once descending. it was good for me since i didnt get hurt. it's weird when i fall. the first thing that goes through my mind is: "ok, here we go again!" and then i roll

good call on the water heater. i installed a very powerful-but-quiet range hood for DW. she loves it!

i'd post a pic but it looks like i have to put in somewhere else first and then post the url?
