Hello Long lost trail friends...I've been sporadic in my trail miles and my few outings have been short and rather unexciting.
I've swung back through to find out how those of you using the Weights workout function in your RA Log are using it.
(I thought Mandy was doing weights. I could be wrong.)
My Question is can I create a Leg Day/ Upper Body Day of Exercises that will pre load or do I have to manually enter each lift and sets and rep and weight each time I log a weights day?

Hahaha! You've mixed me up with some other lovely L&O lady. I do some strengthening exercises, but I neither log them, nor do anything serious with weights.
Running is dumb.
