Did a fairly quick 5+ miles out-n-back along the river (flat) last night. On the way out I was going against a biting wind, but once I turned around it was nice. It was a little colder than I thought so the pace was brisk in order to stay warm.
Today (Friday) is a SRD.
moonlight, hope all goes smoothly and recovery is a breeze.
qotd: Not so much. I do a little bit of core/ab stuff, I need to do more. I also need to do more stuff to get my shoulder working better since my range of motion is a little funky and if I move it the wrong way I get these zingers of pain.
