Easy 6 recovery miles tonight at approximately MAF pace (10:35). Ready for a day off before the long weekend runs.
QOTD: I seem to have settled with a 4mm offset as the sweet spot. I've worn 5 fingers for shorter runs, but like a bit more cushion and protection. I'll pull them out every now and then for a fun run, but I'll stick with the Pure Flow or Grit for almost everything now.
