25 miles on a nice Sunny day along the American River.  Company could havevbeen better...did I ever mention my boss who I don't really care for shows up now fir the running group!   If the groups large no problem but we were small today.  So at least 3 times today he was ahead of me, stops and pulls the peter out for a piss...sure his backs to me but really???  First two times I saw him ahead so gave him space, the third time I didn't realize it and had to pass him when he basicually farts on me!!!!   So I just stop waiting for everyone and ran by myself the last 10 miles.
