I got to sleep in this morning due to lightening. I think I like these b2b SRDs. I can't run after work today due to a phone meeting with the US scheduled for later.
qotd: 220mi (355 km), exactly as planned with my weekly mileage alternating at 60 and 45 mpw for the last 6 weeks with a good mix of flat hike/bike stuff and technical single track up the mountain. Plus 3 sets of b2b 20's for sustained running periods. A little over 3 weeks and one more set of b2b 20's to go before UTMF.
