GC100K - hey, I ran Iron Masters 50k this year too. Maybe I saw you out there. Finished in 7:10 something.

 

Cool. Way ahead of me. I was happy to finish under 10 hours. I did award myself 1st place in the over 270 lb division. I'm gonna try to break the 9 hour barrier next year.

7 miles on the road today. First road run in 8 months. We'll see how the body responds. It did give my Hoka Bondi a chance to shine. Could feel them squish on the road in a way that I don't feel on the trail.
