Moonlight-- I love those runs (the ones you least expect to enjoy become great).  How old now are your grandkids?

They are 2 and 3. They are small...both around 25 pounds. I found tonight when I ran without them that in addition to fun, they are making me a better runner. Pushing them up hills and singing BINGO and Old MacDonald...repeatedly...is making me a faster runner. Well...fast for me, anyway.
