FYI: Kelly won the 24 hour event at ATY with 124.93 miles in 23:30. I think those are the numbers he sent me.

I want to run a 100 mile PR. I think that is high, but I don't have a super fast time to beat at 100 miles. I need to be under 27:42. I think I can do that. I know I can do it; I hope I can do it on race day.

Sorry LB, we had warm and muggy today, so I guess that's next for you.
SRD for me today, worked an aid station at our town's New Year's Day marathon like always. Lots of fun. I think a runner from India won this year - barefoot. In about 3:10 to 3:15 I guess. Oh yeah it's run on concrete.
