some call me Tim
First fartlek interval session of the cycle today, 7 miles with wu/cd... not too bad
qotd: Not since high school. I mentioned that I didn't train back then. Most of the hurling was after XC races, but once I ran so hard I barfed in the middle of a 5k (XC meet). That race was actually my lifetime 5k PR until a couple years ago (18:15)
ME WEBLARG
Are we there, yet?
Plodded, trudged, shuffled through 7.3 miles. At times I think I could have been walking faster.
QOTD: Just once, at about mile 23 of the 1972 AAU National Championship Marathon in 80-85F temps. I never could understand the "run til you puke" mentality because the only time I ever even felt like puking while running was because of the heat and humidity, not the effort.
