Got out and did 6 mi this morning. A nice 45°.  Ran to the gym met the DW, did hot tub and cool pool repeats, and then drove home.

At the hospital visiting my old running bud. I kinda downplayed his getting his pacemaker tuned up, but actually it’s been more serious than that, he’s been in the hospital since Tuesday and getting the last procedure today. Hopefully he’ll be headed home tomorrow.
