Thanks Carl!! If any of you are looking to scratch Kansas off your list, Eisenhower is a great race with fantastic support and organization. I highly recommend it! This was my second trip there and I will go back, just not next year as I think I might run that little event in Mass. next April!

Way to go dude. That's a big PR. Congratulations! MTA: Just peeked at your log and looks like you should be setting new PR's at ALL distances.

Thanks! I'm still amazed at my performance (I thought maybe 3:10) and looking forward to backing it up.
