I was talking with my brother last night and it made me recall a tiem when we were little. We had been vacationing on Cape Cod and we got into a fight (dont remember over what), but what I do remember is that I got really pissed off and had to blow off some steam, so I started running. We had just gotten back from the beach so I had no shoes on, but man did I run. KNowing the route I took now I did about 3 miles barefoot before I turned around and ran/walked back. No blisters, no pain, nothing - ahhh the good old days.

Yup. Children tend to have excellent form. Makes me wonder how most of us forget it so easily along the way.

I was a BBQ this summer after a trail race and we were pointing out the kids excellent running form as they ran around the yard playing.
