I'm going to be doing his 55-mile, 24-wek plan and I'm due to start it on April 22. I was wondering if anyone else was planning on folloing one of his plans as you prepare for Chicago.

I have been mainly winging it. Do you have a link for this program?
When I started running I thought people would admire me for it, then I realized most of them think I am crazy...and that makes me run harder.

It's from his book "Advance Marathoning". I have this and some of his other plans on my website at:

I'm using
Hal Higdon's Intermediate I
plan if I can get the weight off prior to training. Haven't heard of Pftizinger, but I'll check it out!
