Home Away From Home
So I today I had a pretty good shout out from a passing car and wanted to share. I was running on Emery from School and getting ready to turn left at the warehouse when I car pulled out of the intersection and turned down Emery. Passenger leaned out thwindy wow, mid 20 male of course, anyes sells "why don't you quit running running and get a job." I find this one really pretty funny. Wanted to yell back that they would be jealous if they knew I made over 6 figuree and only worked 6 months a year and that is why i had the time to run.

"Anyone can do it in ideal conditions"- A quote from a true NE CN runner and friend.
The only shouts I get are the highly original "Run Forrest!" ones. I get a lot of hand gestures, though. I suppose lots of people (many of them clients) think to themselves that I should get a job, too.
all my shouts are woohoo's or cat calls...unless i'm on bike then the maggots come out. i find that blowing kisses helps.
In order to see the truth, sometimes you have to loose an eye.
