I was on my bike in the basement last night, and it occurred to me that riding a bike while sleep deprived at 2:00AM (not to mention after swimming 7 miles and biking) must be very difficult and scary.
i have aquired the ability to just shut it all down...to feel "dazed" to anything in the time and moments leading into an event...apparently. people would ask me this question even a couple weeks before and i simply could not answer...so i just said, i am numb or i have no idea.
it's taken forever but i think i finally have my brain where i want it...in the corner where it belongs.

dion snowshoes seem to be the most popular...you can even rent them for the race you want for small fee.
