            LT,   My taper will be more drastic, last 5 weeks , 84 mi  62mi  60 mi  50 mi   35 mi   15 mi  w/ Friday  Sat. off ..by  Sunday  I can't wait to run..

            even with 26.2 race, still only 41 mi. week..  I need fresh legs to run 3:06.  Last week  will be 3-4 mi. only ,stretching, eating

            and sleeping as much as possible.   Good luck !!

                Heh.  Unfortunately I do too good of a job of feeding myself.  Looking forward to seeing what you will do down there.
