Really, running in the woods is bad for the woods ?
Then we probably need to get all those animals that run through the woods out of there too.
They are damaging their habitat.
Now the circle of life is confusing me. Perhaps if we eat nuts and berries, then poop in the woods thus spreading new fertilized seeds, this atones for us trampling any plants like the woodland creatures do.
Note: Have the runs in the woods isn't helping anybody and is off-topic.

As I was wandering around aimlessly at the Avila pier an older woman noticed the KT tape on my knee and asked " What is that for" ? I told her my deal with surgery and all. She said that she had knee surgery in the past and that her knee pops so she is taking some crap that Johnny Bench is pushing. My 1st thought is, some old athlete that is trying to make a living now that is is all done. Does it help I ask, no not really. So I say I am fine as long as I don't run.
