Hey there- Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I was curious what you all do to get new clients. Last Friday, I was in Delray Beach Florida, visiting my family and before I went to run, I went into a Starbucks. A woman approached me and asked me where I worked out. She said she could tell I was a runner. I would guess from my clothes and shoes?
I told her that I didn't live there. That actually I'm a personal trainer and I work/workout at Gold's Gym up in Virginia. She then handed me her card. She is a personal trainer and said that LOTS of her clients are trainers. She said to call her the next time I was visiting. so, I thought that was a pretty good way to possibly recruit people. Just approach them in a Starbucks or somewhere- ask them where they work out and then give them a card. Hmm.... What do you all think? What are some of your methods for recruiting?
