Hello, I recently joined my HS cross country team this summer. We practice almost everyday. Well, I haven't been to a meet yet but I believe that my time will be in the low twenties, can someone tell about any extra drills or exercises that will help me break eighteen as soon as possible. It would be greatly appreciated.
Supplementing team training is tricky and depends on what the team training is.
