Rick

Hey all, just wanted to report that I just completed a year.  I set my minimum of 2 miles per day, but that can include some shuffling or walking.  But I believe I did do the 1 mile continuous during those runs.  Goal for this year is a 3 mile minimum.

My name is Rick.  47 year old male.  I live in Southern Utah.  I am a farmer.  Mostly interested in Ultras and trail running but do have a marathon in the schedule.  Dabble in some barefoot and sandal running.  Just the guy that like to have fun.  Also like beer.

    3-4-23  Red Mountain 55k - 7:02

Thanks for the welcomes.  Just completed another month.  All is well.  Starting to get cold.  Looking forward to the challenge.

                Rick

Couldn't get recovered from a marathon and ended the streak at 16 months.  I look forward to starting back up soon.

Sorry to hear that - trying to run right after a marathon is tough, it just beats the legs up so bad.

Hope you heal up quick and get back at it.

Look at it this way: you know you can streak 16 months.

And the next run could be the start of a streak if you want it to be one. Smile
