So yesterday was 4500 days. I like to celebrate the big days, and not even realizing it yesterday I did do a long run at least - just over 10 miles. though the days I like even more are the cool numbers like 4,444 days.
Next cool day will be 4,567, but after that not sure until 5,000 which is just too far away to think about now.
Keep running everyone - helps with the sanity and alleviate the cabin fever.
