Are we there, yet?
They started at 4:00 AM ET today (Saturday, 10/26/19). "Live" results here, but it apparently does not automatically refresh, so I've bounced back and forth between the men's race and the women's race, which will refresh the data.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
10:45 in the race:
Word is that Meghan Alvarado and Katalin Nagy are both out and Gina Slaby is struggling with stomach issues. Camille is leading on world record pace. Courtney is 8th and Pam Smith 11th. Alternate Micah Morgan is 12th.
The US men are slowly moving up as they did two years ago. Jacob Jackson, Olivier Leblond, and Rich Riopel are 11th, 12th, and 13th. Harvey Lewis is 39th, Greg Armstrong 61st, Steve Slaby 66th, and alternate Nick Coury is 46th.
Alternates do not figure in the scoring and only the first 3 for each country are counted, so the US women's hopes rest on Camille, Courtney, and Pam.

Katalin is back out there after a medical stop. Go Ladies! Go USA. Men are 5th right now.

I have been unable to get that site to work, myself -- I only get "Aucun résultat" (No result).
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
Last full results I could get were from Hour 16. Got men's team results for Hour 17. France, Hungary, and USA tied for first.
In the men's? The US men really moved up then, right?
Just found this page with hourly files for downloading -- https://www.albi24h.fr/LIVE2019/
Men at hour 19 (H-19):
That looks to me like France: 220.771 + 207.352 + 202.879 = 631
Hungary = 220.771 + 211.825 + 201.388 = 634
US = 216.298 + 214.807 + 205.861 = 637

Don't see any easy way to figure out team score

The man medal position were as follow (provisional results)
In Women competition we had several runners that played significant role during the race. Camille Herron was leader from 1 lap and she did not lose this position for enticer race. At half way mark she managed to almost catch leading Aleksander in the men competition. The remaining sports were occupied initially by Radka Churanova from Czech Republic, Nele Alder-Baerens from Germany join them in the chasing pack. Malgorzata Pazda-Pozorska, Patrycja Bezernowska and Pam Smith were around 9-15 positions. Than after 9 hours they moved up to top 10. When we reached half way Radka starting losing her position in favour of all runners mentioned above with Pam Smith move to 3rd place. In the last 3 hours believed that the standing was known but this was not true. Malgorzata dropped from 3 to 7. Patrycja improved to 4 position. This all change in the last hours and a half when Patrycja manage to move to 3rd position. Camille set new World Best Performance and win the Championship, Nele on 2nd with German Best Performance and Patrycja on 3rd.
