100 milers are my favorite
The title of the post gave it away a little, but good job keeping it going in tough conditions.
Enjoyed reading your report.

Are we there, yet?
I don't think I'm ready yet for indoctrination into that kind of trail running. From your description I can't tell if it would be fun or torture.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
Lol yea it was torturous fun I suppose. I will say it was great mental training for my fall 100 miler. The desire to quit was very strong after the first loop but I just could not live with myself knowing I quit because of mud. So it was good I slogged through it. Thanks for reading!
Great blog on the Hat Run, My first go at it will be in 016.
Thank You! It's a great race!
