Oh bummer. The worst thing about the injury for me is that I feel like I never have it defeated, I am just keeping it at bay. I went to the doctor in February of 07, physical therapy through April, and I was able to run my planned marathon in May. But as recently as April of this year, when I got slack about the exercises, and I ran too much on flat paved surface, I had to take a bit of time off because it was starting to hurt too much. Every now and then, when I do something slightly stupid (heels at work, not doing exercises, increasing mileage too much), I can start to feel it ache. Frank is a cutie! Yes, they're not much for running, but such a sweet breed! Here's a pic of my nephew when he they got him at 5 months old:

. The pink on his nose is all gone now at 8 months. Good luck with your rest & recovery!
