Last day in Vegas. Walked the dog, ankle was so-so. Lunch with Mom. Leftovers for dinner. Wahoo. Next up, perhaps some wine.

Strength training before work and then 8 after. My legs were not happy with that.
In Oregon with Lisa for the Three Capes marathon tomorrow. We drove the race route today and it’s very scenic but hilly. Very nice AirBnb too. Just south of Tillamook. Picking up race packets in a bit. Hi to all!
