Saturday was SDO
Sunday Buddy and I did a 33°freezing 60 minutes run out the trail with a 10mph wind chill. I wore 2 pairs of tights, 4 shirts, airtight running jacket, hat, hood up, muffler, gloves and mittens over the gloves. Of course, socks and running shoes. My Adrenalines are warmer this year that the 2018s. This was our last run until March when we dash out the trail and try to find one another. He will be 82 this month.
Monday was a TM run plus errands.
Tomorrow will be a TM run also.

6 on the treadmill and strength training. DH went back up to Delaware today, FIL has improved, but still in the specialty ICU. It's going to be a long road, he has Alzheimers as well.

Seloc, do you have an unattached garage at the new house? I can't imagine leaving a car out in the winter where you are. Scraping & cleaning off a car gets really old.
