HCK....omg.  I hope the kid is ok

Sounds like a lower leg injury, crocs and dirt bikes aren't a good combo. DH got differing thoughts on the injury from the dad & neighbor/firefighter who was likely first one there. I'm guessing some sort of open fracture. If I wasn't sick, I'd go get the scoop, but don't want to share my germs. At least he was wearing a helmet. We have some other kids that ride back there (totally not legal) who don't wear helmets.

ETA, I need to ask DH which kid this was. The one that seems to be the owner of the bike seems pretty good about safety equipment--helmet & boots. When his girlfriend ride on it with him, she has on a helmet. I think this may have been his brother.
