Did another run after work. Oof. Probably not the smartest idea, but was annoyed from work. It wass pretty clear that some folks do not know what my direct report does and did not give her the credit she deserves. I made sure to send all parties an e-mail that she deserves the credit for this.

I read the title today and thought it was about the tiktok app. I don't understand it's appeal but DD2 and 2 close friends always share them with me and I'm all "???". Yup. No appeal.
So I went for a 5 mile run today and it felt good. Yay. Makes me want to attempt another marathon next year. Just not sure where. As of yesterday we're allowed to go to America again but Canada stil requires a pcr test to return and until that costly requirement is gone I'm not venturing over. But our governments are discussing it's removal so let's do an FE!!!!
