It’s the Mondaily somewhere (Read 11 times)

Quick hi to all!  I’m in Osaka, where it’s Monday afternoon right now. Spent a couple of days in Kyoto before Osaka, then we’re heading into the mountains tomorrow to a valley of Buddhist temples. Amazing so far.  Will post pics after I’m home next weekend.

        Hello!

Saturday morning I did a core class at the Y. Sunday morning it took (seems like) 5 minutes to be able to roll out of bed and stand up. lol

Sunday morning was a dog walk, this morning we just rolled over--whoops.

I picked up something wrong yesterday and can barely use my left hand. Ooof! LIke I tweaked the muscles across the top or something. No swelling, just really painful to use. I did manage to sew all afternoon which was a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Saturday night Foreigner concert was really good. Lately there have been some great concerts at the Biloxi casinos.

Back to the grind today. DH has a cardiac stress test tomorrow.

        Karen--bike sounds like fun!

Kat--Enjoy Spain! I hope mom starts feeling better

Margaret--cool trip for you as well--enjoy!!

Hey all. Quite the busy week last week for me. Stress is finally over regarding the strike. Got my dental work done on Thursday. I'm still unable to eat much other than soft food. I think another visit might be in store to the dentist because the partial is rubbing horribly making it painful to eat and probably needs an adjustment. I ran on Saturday on the tm for 5k which went fine but later nearly passed out at the Remembrance Day ceremony. Probably not eating enough. So I think I'm going to needs a break.

Today is my birthday. Hubby is making me mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner. And at least I can eat ice cream. Lol

Sue...I saw foreigner a few years ago. I loved it.

Finally getting over this flu type thing. At least it wasn't covid. I hope to start running this week. DS flies into east coast Saturday. I should see him next week.
