Energetic is right I guess. Did 5 miles on the recumbent bike at lunch the came home did 2 hilly hot humid miles out side and then finished the other 2 on the TM in the AC. Tomorrow is SRD for me also.
HcK it was remarkably non windy here today which is a first in several weeks. And no rain either. I did wash my car so it'll rain again soon.
