Steamy 3.5 this morning!! Scamp was really panting so we slowed down and started a walk/run. Hot and steamy!! Heat index of 96 at 0500!
Not much happening today. Just need to get through work and figure out a tech problem.

I'm stalling on getting started this morning. I'm sure it'll be another uninspiring day at work. I did 8 easy yesterday and have intervals on the schedule. Deciding whether to do them now or later. Now is almost always the right answer, but still... my second cup of coffee is beckoning.

4.5 slow miles. Fairly cool for June. The walkers at 7am are still in jackets and pants while I'm wearing a tank and shorts.
