I got myself motivated by writing out a marathon plan.

    Then I did baby weights.

Now I'm heading out to vote for our mayoral and city counselors.

Later? Work. Yup. We're actually rooting this week. That's 2 weeks in a row!!!!

What do you have planned for today?

    WINE o'clock somewhere!

Got a bit behind here recently.

Lori, what marathon???  I missed that.  Yes, plans can be motivating.

Getting ready for a party in the desert this weekend.  Javelina.  Not sure how on earth I will finish it, but gonna try.  There are 6 of us going, 3 runners, 1 crew, 2 pacers.  I am dressing up in cow stuff.  We are decorating the tent in MORE cow stuff, even an inflatable cow.  Woot Woot.

      Not much else.

      Maybe catch up later.

Morning! After 18 hours of the migraine side effects, woke up much better. Just got back to the office after my OBGYN appointment. Not sure what I'll do today but I'll do something after work.

          Lori, good luck voting!

          Kat, enjoy the party!

Kathryn, absolutely you are going to finish your race!

It was supposed to rain all day here. But all the rain seems to be going just to the north of us. I was going to make today a rest day, but decided to go out for a bonus easy 4 miles.

DH is almost back to normal. Still a bit of a cough, but able to actually do things instead of just lying around and feeling bad.

Karen, great that your DH is better.

Damaris, those migraines have got to be awful. What are the side effects?

Kats, the inflatable cow was a great idea. LOL

This was the first day I felt normal at all. I had an outing this afternoon to DC's patio and yard. It was great to finally feel better.

              Where is the "any" key?

Strength training. 5k on Saturday was awful. I could not get my legs to move and just felt tired. And I am fairly certain it is he 2nd slowest 5k I've done (not including trails) and the slowest was my first when I was running maybe 10 mpw not year round. Can't use weather or a hilly course as an excuse, perfect morning and the course was completely flat.

BerthaSlayer, I need to fill out my ballot to drop it off soon.

KatS, good luck! The cow theme sounds fun.

                Docket, glad you're feeling better.

AnonymousGuest, we got raian last night and drizzle all day today. Ugly out. Glad DH is feeling better.

                judyruns, feeling normal is good!

Judy, nausea and a feeling of tiredness even after it’s gone.

                  I lifted.
