35 minutes on the elliptical machine at 2.5 resistance more than that felt my knees....

20 minutes on the arch trainer incline 6/resistance 60 - did not seem to hurt my knees seemed to work the muscle on the inner quad area that might help with runner's knee because of the quad muscle imbalance I may have.
